All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained within this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
Records required by Section 2257 of Title 18, United States Code, with respect to visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct are kept by the appropriate Custodian of Records.
This website is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. § 75 with respect to any depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct and/or depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct consisting solely of lascivious exhibition.
